ABOUT BREAST CANCER
Breast cancer became the most commonly diagnosed cancer type in the world in 2020. IARC estimates that there were more than 2.26 million new cases of breast cancer and almost 685 000 deaths from breast cancer worldwide in 2020. Breast cancer was the most common cause of cancer death in women and the fifth most common cause of cancer death overall.
The global burden of breast cancer mortality is marked by inequality. In high-income countries, where the prognosis for patients with breast cancer is generally quite favourable, there are disparities in survival between different socioeconomic groups. In low- and middle-income countries, barriers to diagnosis and treatment mean that women are much less likely to survive the disease. In 2020, half a million women in low- and middle-income countries died of breast cancer; almost three quarters of global deaths from the disease occurred in these countries.

With the incredible support from our loyal and kind fans during this monumental charity sale, we raised $38306.93 in April . Thanks to everyone who participated .During our COVID-19 relief fundraising sale.
During the period of 3/1/20 to 26/5/20, OzHarvest delivered 2,348,457 kgs of food via their iconic yellow vans,and we couldn't be more proud to donate funds to an organization that makes a quantifiable and substantial difference in people's lives.our donation(only made possible by you!)
directly contributed 76,614 meals to those in need. So proud of you.
Fire Fighting
Olight Australia is extremely proud to announce our $42,403.53 donation to the NSW Rural Fire Service from our January 14th Fundraising Sale.Thank to our customers , and thank you to all the folks fighting these bush fire on the front line,in the admin office,in the radio room ,in the ops room,absolutely anywhere.We've been supporting national fire agencies since we began here in Australia and we will continue to do so through discounts and fundraisers just like this.
