① Member can accrue points and O-coins with each AUD spent in Olight at a ratio of $1: 10 points & 10 O-coins. And dealer can accrue points and O-coins with each AUD spent in Olight at a ratio of $1: 1 point & 1 O-coin.
② Member can obtain 10 points for new user registration and fill in each information in Personal Center, and the points will be added to your account automatically.
③ Member can obtain 100 points for submitting each review on a product, and the points will be added to your account automatically.

Q: Why can't I redeem items in the Redemption Zone?
A: The Redemption Zone is available for Platinum and above. It is also possible you don't have enough O-coins to redeem for the item you are attempting to.
Q: When I redeem items in the Redemption Zone, what will happen to my O-coins, points, and level?
A: When you redeem items with your O-coins, your O-coins will be reduced, but your points and level will remain the same.
Q: When I return a product, what will happen to my points and O-coins?
A: When the product is returned, the points and O-coins obtained from the product will be deducted from the balance.
Q: When I get double points in my birth month, what will happen to my O-coins?
A: You will get double points and O-coins in your birth month with each dollar spent in Olight at a ratio of $1: 20 points & 20 O-coins.
